ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The impugned decision is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following documents:
- Claims 1 to 7 of 26 February 1988, received on 2 March 1988;
- pages 1 to 4, 12 to 17 and 19 of 24 July 1989, received on 26 July 1989, and
- pages 5 to 11, 18, 20 and 21 as originally filed with the amendments as specified in detail in point 6 above.
