For these reasons it is decided that:

The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of the claims filed as main request on 25 May 2001, pages 3 to 7, and 11. to 27 of the description as granted, pages 8, 9, 10 and 28 of the amended description filed on 27 June 2001 and the Figures as granted.
