ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent in the following version:
- claims 1 to 30 filed in the oral proceedings,
- columns 1 to 6 of the description together with the supplement to be inserted in column 3 between lines 36 and 37, filed in the oral proceedings,
- columns 7 to 15 of the description as granted, as well as
- the figures as granted.
