ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The intervention filed in the name of Scandinavian Mobility EC-Hng A/S is deemed not to have been filed and, as a consequence, the opposition fee and the appeal fee paid for this intervention are reimbursed.
2. The intervention filed in the name of Scandinavian Mobility UK Ltd is admissible.
3. The intervention filed in the name of Linak A/S is rejected as inadmissible.
4. The request for referral of a question to the Enlarged Board of Appeal is refused.
5. The requests for different apportionment of costs are refused.
6. The decision under appeal is set aside.
7. European patent No. 488 552 is revoked.
