ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of the first auxiliary request, according to which the reference "quarternised poly(vinyl alcohol) in the sentence bridging pages 2 and 3 and the reference poly(N- vinylpyrollidone) in line 6 of page 3 are to be deleted.
