ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance for further prosecution on the basis of the appellant's request, and in particular for examination of whether the wording of the present claims 7 to 10 avoids exclusion from patentability under Article 52(2)and (3) EPC, taking into account the fact that a computer program product is not so excluded under all circumstances.
