ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The international patent application PCT/EP... (European patent application No. 98 ...) is accorded a filing date of 27 April 1998, as far as the designations for the purpose of obtaining a European patent are concerned.
