ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent in amended form on the basis of the documents filed in the oral proceedings on 19 June 2006:
claim 1 (extra sheet) and claims 2 to 9 (page 4)
cover sheet, and pages 1, 2, 3 of the description and
drawings (page 6).
