Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben. 2. Die Angelegenheit wird an die Einspruchsabteilung mit der Anordnung zurückverwiesen, ein Patent in geänderter Fassung auf Basis des Hilfsantrags 2, eingereicht mit Schreiben vom 7. Februar 2022, und einer noch anzupassenden Beschreibung aufrechtzuerhalten. 3. Der Antrag auf Rückzahlung der Beschwerdegebühr wird zurückgewiesen.
