For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the examining division with the order to grant a patent in the following version:
- pages 1 to 76 of the description filed with the letter of 19 March 2021
- claims 1 to 24 filed with the letter of 22 March 2017
- drawing sheets 1/15 to 15/15 as originally filed
