ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.

The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of the main request submitted with the Statement of Grounds of Appeal, ie Claims 1, and 15 to 17 submitted with the Statement of Grounds of Appeal and claims 2 to 14 as granted, after any necessary consequential amendment of the description.
