ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first-instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following application documents:
- claims 1 to 14 of the second auxiliary request filed at the oral proceedings,
- description pages 1 and 4 to 14 as published and pages 2 and 3 filed with the letter of 21 December 2006, and
- drawing sheets 1/2 and 2/2 as published.
