ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the Examining Division with the order to grant a patent on the basis of Claim 1 as set out in paragraph VI above, with a description to be adapted to the amended Claim 1, and non-metric units supplemented by units permitted by Rule 35(12) in the description and dependent claims.
