Options for professional representatives

In our online service MyEPO Portfolio, you can go to the dedicated Representative area to make quick and direct requests for  

• changes to your entry on the list of professional representatives before the EPO  
• deletion from the list of professional representatives before the EPO 
• entry and re-entry on the list of professional representatives before the EPO

Data protection statement on the processing of personal data within the framework of Customer Service Management

Please print, sign (wet signature) and scan Form 52300. Then print and scan your EQE result letter and combine it with all the other supporting documents required as indicated on the form into one single PDF attachment. The file size must not exceed 2 MB.

Please name your file as follows: Surname, First name_request.pdf

To send your request to the EPO, go to the contact form and select/upload your file. You will receive an enquiry number by email. Where necessary, e.g. if the attachment exceeds the maximum size, you can use the contact form to send a second file to complete your request. In this case, please make sure to indicate the enquiry number you received.

Please return the completed form to the Legal Division of the EPO, preferably attached to an email to legaldivision@epo.org.

Use of this form is recommended for professional representatives to request the deletion of their entry from the list of professional representatives (Rule 154(1) EPC) or for any person to inform the EPO of the death of a professional representative (Rule 154(2)(a) EPC).
