Continuous improvement

In our commitment to excellence, we aim for continuous improvement, in our products, services and ways of working. We identify opportunities for improvement and take action. While much of our quality-related data comes from internal sources, we pay particular attention to what our users say.

At the EPO we formulate a Quality Action plan every year. This year, we published it on our website for the first time (LINK). In addition, we recently published our new quality dashboard (LINK), both of these initiatives provide our users with enhanced information and transparency about our activities in these important areas.
