A translation of the claims into Slovenian must be filed with SIPO.
Must a national professional representative be appointed?
Translations of claims may be filed and fees may be paid direct by the proprietor of the European patent, provided an address for correspondence on Slovenian territory is given.
For other requests or acts before SIPO, an authorised professional representative, registered at the SIPO, is mandatory.

Period for filing the translation
3 months after the date on which the mention of the grant of the European patent or the decision to maintain the patent as amended is published in the European Patent Bulletin.

The publication fee is deemed to have been paid only when proof of payment has been duly provided.
Correction of translation has legal effect from the date of publication by SIPO.
