(a), (b) and (c) An applicant who is not domiciled in Iceland must have a representative residing in the EU, a member state of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) which is party to the EEA Agreement, Switzerland or the Faroe Islands, who can represent the applicant in all matters concerning the application. When the patent has taken effect in Iceland, no agent is needed except when the ISIPO so requires. Art. 12 or 66 PA |
