When and for which European patents can a Unitary Patent be requested?

23A Unitary Patent may be requested for any European patent granted on or after the date of application of Regulations (EU) No 1257/2012 and Regulations (EU) No 1260/2012. These regulations will apply as of 1 June 2023, which is from the date of entry into force of the UPCA. The EPO will announce this date on its website.
