44Decisions of the Unitary Patent Protection Division are taken by one legally qualified member. The President of the EPO may has, however, entrust entrusted employees who are not legally qualified members with carrying out duties of the Unitary Patent Protection Division that involve no legal difficulties (see OJ EPO 2022, A69).
