This publication provides a thematic overview of the case law of the Boards of Appeal in 2021. To allow earlier availability, the decisions covered in it have been summarised in the language of the proceedings only and are published without translations. The decisions contained in this publication will be included in the Case Law of the Boards of Appeal, 10th ed., which will be published later this year.
