One original or one duly certified copy of the instrument concerned must be filed; stamp duty and a registration fee are payable. All foreign documents mentioned should contain an "Apostille" according to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 and should be translated into Italian. The translation must be certified by a sworn translator. |
