What an exciting year in patent knowledge news and at the EPO!

In June, we launched the Unitary Patent, as well as celebrating the 50-year anniversary of the EPC and the 10-year anniversary of the launch of the CPC scheme. 

It was the Unitary Patent that had the greatest impact in terms of patent knowledge, giving rise to a steady stream of stimulating articles throughout the year. Our patent knowledge experts also continued to keep you up to date on the latest potentially disrupting technologies in four new patent insight reports and with the EPO's brand-new firefighting platform. 

After such a momentous year, we would like to wish all of our contributors and readers a peaceful and happy Christmas.
