Technical fault in online services (reference no INC0114101) detected and resolved

We are currently experiencing technical problems with the online services, first identified on 02.03.2023, at 09:23 h.

The following services are impacted:

  • My epo Portfolio
  • Online Services Portal Applications (Mailbox, MyFiles, Administration)
  • Webform Filing
  • Register Alerts
