Is the patch for installing two-factor authentication for eOLF dedicated only for installing two-factor authentication? Can users decide NOT to install the patch?

As well as all updates to eOLF SP14, we recommend moving to SP15 as any further patches including, for example, fee updates will only be issued for that version.

In any case, customers using SP13 are advised to migrate to a higher version as soon as possible.
