What if I am using the EPO smart card to access the legacy Mailbox, My Files or Administration facility tools?

We strongly advise you to stop using these legacy tools and start using MyEPO Portfolio instead, as MyEPO Portfolio replaces these tools.

Our legacy Mailbox, My Files and Administration facility tools only work with the EPO smart card.  They do not work using the two-factor alternative to the smart card that is available for MyEPO Portfolio and other MyEPO services.

From the start of 2024, you will no longer be able to request a replacement for your smart card if you lose it, and you will no longer be able to renew your smart card if it expires.

Therefore, you will not be able to access the legacy Mailbox, My Files or Administration facility tools.  You should use MyEPO Portfolio instead, using the two-factor alternative to the smart card.
