ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of Claims 1 to 30 of the sets of claims for the Contracting States other than Austria and for Austria, respectively as filed at the oral proceedings on 6 February 2002, pages 3 to 6 of the description as granted, page 7 of the description as filed at the oral proceedings on 6.
