ORDER

For these reasons it is decided that:

1. The rights of the appellant are re-established in relation to the filing of the written statement of grounds of appeal, which shall be considered, therefore, as having been filed within the four-month time limit provided by Article 108 EPC.

2. Consequently, the appeal is deemed to comply with Articles 106 to 108 and Rule 64 EPC and is admissible.
