Technical fault in online services (reference no. CS117926) - detected and resolved
On 01.09.2023 between 07:00 and 10:50 we experienced technical problems with the smart card login to online services
The following services were impacted:
- Online filing 2.0
- MyEPO Portfolio service
- Central fee payment
Users with smart cards recently issued were not affected.

Legal safeguards may be available where filing or fee payment services were not available, depending on the service affected, the day and duration of the unavailability and the procedural situation.
