An amendment of the law is being drafted in order to create the accompanying measures for the implementation of the European patent with unitary effect is in force. It is envisaged that the European patent reform will be incorporated into the Federal Law of 16 December 1978 on the Introduction of the European Patent Convention and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PatV-EG) and the Law of Fees (PAG).
