4.1 Matter contrary to "ordre public" or morality

Overview

4.1.1 Prohibited matter

Exploitation is not to be deemed contrary to "ordre public" or morality merely because it is prohibited by law or regulation in some or all of the contracting states. One reason for this is that a product could still be manufactured under a European patent for export to states in which its use is not prohibited.
