2.11 Who may represent an applicant before the EPO as receiving Office?

2.11.5.Does the address for correspondence need to be in an EPC contracting state? 

2.11.014If no agent has been appointed, any correspondence will be sent to the applicant. In such cases, applicants may indicate in the PCT request form an address for correspondence, which may be located anywhere in the world.
