2Specific provisions, if a revised translation takes effect, for third parties who began using the invention in good faith on the basis of the original one |
Anyone who in good faith has started to exploit an invention or made effective and serious preparations to do so without such exploitation constituting an infringement of the application or the patent in the text of the initial translation may continue such exploitation free of charge in or for the needs of their company after the revised translation has come into effect.
