The EPO is launching a new round of user satisfaction surveys in 2016 to measure customer satisfaction with our search, examination and patent-administration services.
Feedback is a key aspect of the EPO's quality management system, and consulting our users is essential to improving the quality and efficiency of our products and services. Your feedback is an important part of our ISO 9001‑certified quality management system because it enables us to gather and understand user requirements. Your feedback matters to us.
This year, our contractor, UAB BERENT Research Baltic, is once again carrying out our user satisfaction surveys, covering search and examination services in various technical fields as well as our patent-administration services.
UAB BERENT Research Baltic is currently conducting telephone interviews, asking users general questions about search and examination and specific questions on patent applications searched in 2015. For the patent administration part, the survey will be done online.
Should our contractor contact you, the EPO would be very grateful for your participation. All efforts are made to keep the interviews as short as possible. You may of course decline survey invitations, either when you are contacted or beforehand by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Please write to us if you have any questions about the surveys.
