3.2.11.3 Informal comments 

3.2.034Applicants wishing to file informal comments can file them only with the IB. Informal comments must be in the language of the international publication and may be submitted only during the international phase, i.e. within 30 months from the (earliest) priority date, but preferably before expiry of 28 months from the priority date. The IB will not send such comments to the IPEA.
