3.2.11.Can the applicant respond to the ISR and WO‑ISA? 

3.2.029There is no possibility for any form of dialogue between the applicant and the ISA on the content of the ISR and/or the WO‑ISA. However, the applicant has the right to submit to the IB amendments to the claims pursuant to Article 19 PCT, as well as informal written comments on the WO‑ISA. Moreover, the applicant may consider filing a demand for international preliminary examination under Chapter II PCT (see points 4.1.006 ff).
