5.12 Filing of other documents

Overview

5.12.2.What happens if the requirement to file any missing data regarding the inventor or an applicant is not observed? 

5.12.002If within the two-month time limit set in the invitation the missing data have not been filed, the application is refused. 

R. 163(6) EPC

5.12.003The refusal may be remedied by a request for further processing. The request will be granted if within two months of notification of the decision the missing data are filed and the fee for further processing is paid.
