5.14 Review by the EPO as designated/elected Office and rectification of errors made by the receiving Office or by the IB 

5.14.001The EPO as designated or elected Office may review or rectify certain acts of the receiving Office or the IB in the international phase. As regards review of the grant of a request for restoration of the right of priority by the receiving Office, see points 5.13.019 ff.
