5.6 Changing the order of inventors
A request to change the order of inventors may be filed at any time, provided that proceedings are pending before the EPO. Such a request may also be filed, for example, in reply to the communication under Rule 71(3) (see C‑V, 1) without delaying the grant of the European patent.
