Portugal introduced a safety net provision in its national legislation to accommodate the safety net (Order No. 6187/2023 regarding the Regulation of formal requirements for applications and documents presented in registration applications and during of a procedure provided for in the Industrial Property Code). Also, further amendments to the Industrial Property Code are pendingis still evaluating the "safety net" option. |
