2.8 Is it possible to file divisional applications in the international phase?
2.8.001The PCT does not provide for the possibility of filing a divisional application. However, once the international application (i.e. the parent application) has validly entered the European phase, it is possible to file divisional applications with the EPO as designated/elected Office (see point 5.18.001).
