5.5.2.2 What are the consequences of not filing a translation of the annexes to the IPER? 

5.5.015If the translation of all annexes to the IPER is not filed in due time, the applicant is invited to furnish the missing translation within two months of notification of a communication. If the applicant fails to reply (in time), the Euro-PCT application is deemed to be withdrawn. The applicant may request further processing (or reinstatement of rights, see points 5.5.007 ff and points 5.19.001 ff).
