I haven’t received a refund code. What should I do?

Please check the letter you received (advice of refund) to see whether you’re entitled to claim the refund directly in Central Fee Payment without a code. There are two options: 

  1. If the letter says that you can claim the refund directly, and you’re a registered user of MyEPO Portfolio and Mailbox, you don’t need a code. Simply sign in to Central Fee Payment using two-factor authentication, go to Refunds, and then to Claim refund without refund code, where you will see an overview of all the refunds you can claim.  
  2. If the letter says that a refund code is required, and you have not received that code in a second letter, please contact us
