Sufficiency of disclosure in CII and AI-related inventions

This workshop focuses on the assessment of sufficiency of disclosure for inventions claiming computer programs or AI-related inventions. Prior to the workshop, participants are invited to carefully study the training material available on the EPO website and take a quiz.

Participants are also expected to complete a case study between the two live sessions.

Participants are welcome to bring their own working examples for discussion in the group.
