Becoming an ANSERA-based SEARCH tool trainer

Participants in this workshop are trained to become trainers and/or coaches on the ANSERA-based SEARCH tool in their offices.  

The workshop comprises of three days of online sessions: 

  • The first focuses on the tool's essential advanced features used in coaching, as for example, AROSS and usage of annotations, etc.  
  • The second addresses the skills required to convey effective training, including general principles of training delivery and specifics of online training.  
  • The third focuses on coaching techniques and principles, for example, active listening and giving feedback as well as the major coaching models. 

Each day is divided into two parts. The morning sessions will be dedicated to presenting the theory and the exercises. In the afternoons, there will be a practical session including role play and discussions. Participants are invited to work on the exercises between the morning and afternoon sessions.  

Participants should have completed at least the entry and intermediate-level courses on the ANSERA-based SEARCH tool.
