III.Expedited action against a decision of the EPO pursuant to Rule 97 RoP UPC: application to annul a decision of the EPO to reject a request for unitary effect

163If the EPO rejects a request for unitary effect, any application to reverse its decision must be lodged with the UPC Registry within three weeks of service of the decision (see Rule 97(1) RoP UPC). This procedure does not include the possibility of interlocutory revision by the EPO (see Rule 85(2) RoP UPC).
