2. Influencing the speed of examination proceedings – PACE
With a request for accelerated examination under the programme for accelerated prosecution of European patent applications (PACE), the applicant can speed up the proceedings at the examination stage (see the notice from the EPO dated 30 November 2015, OJ EPO 2015, A9316 December 2025, OJ EPO 2025, A69).
