1.6.5 Examination as to personal particulars
The hearing will begin by the persons giving evidence being asked to state their first and last names, age, occupation and address. Witnesses and experts must also be asked whether they are related by blood or marriage to any of the parties and whether they have a material interest in a particular party winning the case.
