3. Appeals against the apportionment of costs 

The apportionment of costs of opposition proceedings cannot be appealed on its own. Parties to the proceedings who feel that they have been adversely affected by the apportionment of costs may therefore file an appeal against the decision on costs only if they also file an appeal against the decision on the opposition on other admissible grounds.
