The UPCA was ratified by the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania on 3 November 2016, ratification came into force on 1 July 2017. Amendments of the Patent Law of the Republic of Lithuania were adopted on 4 May 2017 and entered into force on 1 July 2017. |
