Technical fault in the MyEPO Porfolio service (reference no. INC0393063 – detected and resolved)

On 21.10.2025 between 19:34h and 20:18h we experienced technical problems with the MyEPO Portfolio service (downloading of documents not available). We apologise for any inconvenience. Please always quote the reference number indicated above when addressing the EPO in relation to this issue.
